AIM Financial settles with HUD

HUD OIG Memorandum  - March 31, 2005.

HUD reports that is has reached settlement in the sum of $35,000 with AIM Financial of Kentwood, MI over allegations that they funded 10 FHA loans using the details and Lender ID Code of another lender. The details allegedly used were those of Bedford Financial.
