Title company employee arrested in Houston undercover fraud operation

KHOU 11 TV News is reporting on today’s arrest of Floyd Minger a title company employee. He is accused of supplying false documents to facilitate a mortgage fraud scheme involving the flipping of properties.

The investigation is being handled by the Harris County District Attorney. Minger was the first arrest in an undercover police operation into this fraud.
