Maryland attorney disbarred over real estate closing

The website of the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission shows that Yalonda M. Douglas has been disbarred by consent for engaging in fraudulent conduct in connection with the receipt of a loan to refinance property, handling the settlement on the refinance, and signing another lawyer’s name to the settlement statement for the transaction.

No other details are given or apparantly available however a search of public Maryland Court records shows that a Yalonda Douglas has appeared in 8 cases as a defendant all of which appear to be real estate related.
